About Our Product LabXpertDS
LabXpertDS is a web based system that supports automated data capture from Laboratory testing equipment like GeneXPert, Truenat and other instruments like the digital Xrays, etc.
This supports real time monitoring of equipment functionality, utilization, inventory and sending of SMS notifications to patients and clinicians.
LabXpertDS was developed by GenLab Solutions in partnership with NTLP/NTRL/SRL Uganda and it is available for use by other clients on demand.
Monitoring of Equipment Functionality
LabXpertDS monitors the functionality of the equipment in realtime.
Monitoring Errors
LabXpertDS monitors equipment error rates per facility in realtime and provides troubleshooting information for every error reported inline with the manafacturers guidelines.
Monitoring Utilization
It analyzes utilization by facility, district, region and implementing partner thus providing actionable data to stakeholders for improvement.
It analyzes utilization based on the working modules (Genexpert) thus providing more accurate information.
SMS Result Dispatch
Labxpert uses SMS to notify patients and clinicians as soon as the test is completed.
This reduces result dispatch TAT .

Where is LabXpertDS Working?
LabXpertDS is being used in Uganda with great success. Over 260 Genexpert machines, 37 Truenat and 1 digital xray have been configured to report through LabXpertDS
It is being used by both the TB, HPV and HIV programs
It has achieved over 70% daily weekly consistent reporting rate.
